Where in the World?
There are many different maps and alternate versions of where the taiga exists. In North America, it stretches across northern British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. It occupies most of Ontario and lots of central Quebec. It occupies the southern parts of the northern territories as well as central Alaska and patches of the north eastern states. In Europe, it covers parts of Sweden, Norway and Finland. In Asia, it covers most of russia except for the northern most regions. It covers northern Mongolia, Kazakstan and Japan as well.
